  2. Upon receipt of your information, a representative of EZ Storage may contact you via phone or email to solicit your business and determine whether they can be of assistance to you in reserving or renting a storage unit from EZ Storage.

Identification Policy and Disclosure Statement

  1. It is the policy of EZ Storage to require each of its prospective tenants to provide a government issued identification as a condition of tenancy.
  2. The sole purpose of this policy is to help provide a safe and secure environment for all of our tenants.
  3. EZ Space Storage takes reasonable precautions to ensure that your privacy is protected and keeps all identification is a secure place.

Unit information

  1. All unit sizes are approximate.
  2. Facility features vary by location. Customers should contact individual locations to confirm features of a particular facility.
  3. All specials displayed or otherwise advertised are based upon unit availability and unit size.

Reservation process

  1. A reservation will guarantee your unit details, including the approximate size, rate and potential savings.
  2. A hold will not guarantee the unit details but is based on a space available basis only.
  3. A $10.00 refundable reservation deposit is required to make a reservation. The $10.00 refundable deposit is based on the rental start date. The rental start date can be for up to 30 days out. If the rental agreement is finalized by this date then the $10.00 is applied to their first months' rent. If the reservation is cancelled prior to this date the deposit is refundable in full. If the rental agreement is not finalized by that date then the deposit is not refundable.

Special and Discount Offers

All specials and discount offers may not be available on all unit sizes and is applicable to on new rentals by new customers only. Offer excludes applicable administration and insurance fees. Not valid with any other discount offers. Offer has no cash value. Features may vary by location. Void where prohibited. Offer subject to termination without notice. See manager for details.
