  • Question: Does EZ Storage offer RV/boat/car/motorcycle parking?
  • Answer: EZ Storage offers parking for RVs, boats, cars and motorcycles, but this is not a standard offering at all locations. Please check availability at each location.
  • Question: Does EZ Storage offer drive-up storage spaces?
  • Answer: EZ Storage offers drive-up storage spaces at some locations. These are outside spaces, located on the first floor of a location, that gives you the ability to load your belongings directly from a vehicle.
  • Question: What are the hours at EZ Storage locations?
  • Answer: The hours often vary by location. So please check the location closest to you for its hours of operation. The gate hours are the business hours of the location, and when your unit can be accessed. If you require access outside of our standard gate hours please ask a representative at your location for information.
  • Question: What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit
  • Answer: An outdoor unit has access from outside. An indoor unit is within the building and will require you to go inside to access your storage unit.
  • Question: What are the payment terms or length of stay requirement?
  • Answer: EZ Storage leases are month-to-month.
  • Question: Can I arrange automatic monthly payments?
  • Answer: We can automatically charge your account to an acceptable credit or debit card. Please make arrangements at our locations.
  • Question: Can I pay online?
  • Answer: Yes you may pay online using acceptable credit or debit. You will need to get your account number from our office. An account number is not the same as a space number.
  • Question: What sizes are available and how do I pick my size?
  • Answer: We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your needs. Sizes range from locker and closet to large garage sizes. Determining the right size is easy with the help of our trained staff.
  • Question: Do you offer services for both the household and business customer?
  • Yes, EZ Storage offers services for both the household and business customers.
  • Question: Do you have video cameras?
  • Answer: Some EZ Storage facilities use video cameras as a security measure. Cameras are generally located at the point of entry and exit and some other areas around the facility.
  • Question: Can I purchase a lock at EZ Storage?
  • Answer: You can purchase a new lock at all EZ Storage locations. We offer a variety of sizes and types of locks and recommend purchasing a disc lock to ensure the highest level of security.
  • Question: What do I need to do to move out?
  • Answer: We require written notice before vacating. We ask that you stop into our office and fill out a vacate form. We will not prorate your last month of rent. On your move-out day make sure the unit is completely empty, your lock has been removed and our employee inspected the empty unit and hands you a vacate receipt.
  • Question: How can I report any maintenance issues, such as a light out?
  • Answer: During office hours, please report the issue to the office employee.
  • Question How do I cancel my reservation?
  • Answer: You can cancel your reservation by contacting or visiting the facility where the unit is reserved.
  • Question: Do you hold auctions at your storage facilities?
  • We do hold auctions at all of our facilities. You can contact each location to find out when they will be held.
  • Question: Can I purchase insurance for my space?
  • Answer: Yes, we offer insurance. You can get information at our locations.
  • Question: When is my rent due?
  • Answer: Your monthly rent is due on the same day each month (the anniversary date of the rental).
  • Question: Can I buy boxes and other packing products from EZ Storage?
  • Answer: Yes, we sell packing and moving supplies online and at each location.
  • Question: Are there moving trucks available to use?
  • Answer: We do not rent trucks. However, we do know of local companies that can assist you. Call or visit us for details.
  • Question: Do you have moving carts available?
  • Answer: Many of our locations that have inside units with access through a hallway will maintain an inventory of "push carts" that may be used free of charge. If you find yourself renting an inside unit and need a push cart, please let the employee at EZ Storage know and they will be happy to offer you a cart.
  • Question: How do I set up an online account?
  • Answer: Get started with an online account by having your EZ Storage account number. We will need to get this account number from our office. You’ll need to do the initial set-up. This will take you to a log-in page and there you can get started by following the prompts
  • Question: Am I able to cancel my insurance online?
  • Answer: To cancel your insurance you will need to contact your local storage facility
